This Privacy Policy (the “ Privacy Policy”) describes how Validere Technologies, Ltd. and Validere Technologies Inc. (each of them, “ Validere”, “ we”, or “ us”) collects, uses, and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Validere’s products and services, including applicable mobile and desktop applications (collectively, the “ Services”), validere.com, and other Validere websites (collectively, the “ Websites”). If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites, or any other aspect of Validere’s business.

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will post the revised policy on our Website and amend the effective date at the top of the policy.

EU GDPR/UK Data Protection Act 2018 Statement

Except as described below, Validere is the data processor of personal data collected from our Websites and Services. The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“ GDPR”) and the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act 2018 (“ GDPR/UKDPA”, as amended) together exist to aid companies to stay and remain within the boundaries of their regulations.
